Are all loot boxes the same each month? Or is it random?

Each month the boxes should be similar. There may be differences due to supply or other issues. Ideally boxes should be picked around some kind of theme, or at least items that go together well. Some months might be intentionally different, such as a Zeon vs Federation theme.

What's included?

Right now the standard box is a free form mix of HG, RG, SD, and options kits,  plus supplies like markers, paint, sandpaper, small tools. I tried to fit a full mechanics kit inside a box once, turns out they are just slightly wider than HG boxes, not just taller. It went in, but did not come back out again. 

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. 

When do you ship?

Generally the first week of each month we ship out orders placed the previous month. I.E. the first week of April we ship out the April box, which was open to orders during March.

What are Gunpla Points?

You will earn points on any purchase (as long as you are logged in) as well as bonus points promotions from time to time. You can redeem these points on the checkout page for boxes, kits, or even shipping.This has some exceptions for subscriptions, you earn points on them, but can't currently redeem points for a recurring subscription order. You can view your current points balance, and history on your account page  https://gundamloot.com/account/

What is your returns policy?

If your box arrives damaged, send us an email with some photos (admin@gundamloot.com)

Please note that while we try to pack things securely, damage to the product boxes doesn't qualify for replacement. 

Due to inventory changes, any issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your shipment notification. Allow up to 2 weeks for your replacement to ship once confirmed

Please note:  As a mystery style subscription we do not offer returns, refunds or credits for dissatisfaction with subscription contents.
